Could tea help fight ovarian cancer?
Mood:  happy
Swedish researchers have found out that drinking one or two cups of tea a day may help reduce risk of developing ovarian cancer. They have observed more than 60,000 Swedish women for about 14 years. The women who reported drinking two or more cups of tea were 46 percent less likely to have the disease. They did not break the study by green tea, brown tea or black tea. According to associated press “Both black tea and green tea contain polyphenols—substances thought to block cell damage that can lead to cancer”.

Based on reading I have personally done, drinking green tea is now also linked to help you lose weight. Send us your email if you wish to read the whole article.

Do we really need....?
Mood:  bright

Do I really need to take supplements

Fresh Food is the optimum source of nutrients the body needs. But in today’s world farming, food storage, and preparation techniques deplete fruits and vegetables of some of their essential nutrients.
Supplementation is now the only sure way to consume the optimal amounts of nutrients the body needs to live longer and healthier. Supplements act as an insurance policy in case you do not eat what you should. Circumstantial factors such as: Illness, depression, smoking, overweight, aging, vegetarianism, pregnancy, lactation tax your need for extra vitamins and minerals. Human being can not afford to not consume the optimal amounts of nutrients the body needs, because even a marginal deficiency in some nutrients can be detrimental to your health and wellbeing.
Consider taking a multivitamin or specific supplement(s) to enhance your diet if you are not sure you are getting an adequate intake of essential vitamins and minerals through your diet. Science is now showing that vitamins, minerals and herbs have a positive influence to our health. But first always consult your physician.
